Return Policy

 We offer a 20-day return policy
 In the event that the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to receive an exchange or product credit.
 You must have the original receipt of purchase and you may exchange for
an item of equal or lesser value.
 We do not offer refunds.

Please see our return eligibility criteria below before returning or exchanging any items:

 The order was placed within the last 20 days.
 The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
 The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, cannot smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes or have stains, damages or animal hair.
 The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.
 Final Sale On: All merchandise that is on sale, are not eligible for return or exchange (unless otherwise defective item).
 Defective merchandise must be reported to the store within three days after delivered.

How to make a return:

 It is important to try on ALL items immediately upon receiving them in order to begin the return process within the time allotted.
 Shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer, unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
 Upon receiving your return we will inspect the item carefully in order to deem it approved for a credit or exchange.
 Items brought back damaged will not be granted a credit.
 Print the label or go to the post office with the PR number and they will print it out for you.
 Pack the merchandise in a bag.
 Include a copy of your invoice in the package.
 Drop off the package (with shipping label affixed) at a Canada Post location near you.
 Shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.
 A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of your items (minus original shipping cost).

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes:
offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Shipping Policies

 Deliveries go out with Canada Post and can be tracked with the tracking number attached to your order email, and will take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
 We provide shipping across Canada at flat rate of $12 on orders under $150 and free shipping on orders over $150.
 All items will ship from our warehouse within one to two business days from time of purchase.
